Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize VMware, Linux, Windows Server systems environments.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including system monitoring, patch management, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support incident management processes, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Assist in supporting and maintaining Kubernetes infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure challenges, providing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing sizable infrastructure
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Windows, VMware and Linux platform
- Experience in deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters would be an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
