Job Summary
Regional Security Operations Manager will oversee and enhance the security operations for our corporate facilities across the APAC region. This role is critical in ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and infrastructure in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Security Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy for physical and personnel security across all APAC locations.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies for Group projects.
- Policy Establishment & Implementation: Strong exposure in APAC best practice of security operation. Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard employees and assets.
- Incident Management: Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with local authorities and managing investigations.
- Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver security training programs for staff to promote a culture of safety and awareness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as IT and Facilities Management, to integrate security measures into overall operations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on security metrics and incidents to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate security management Strong understanding of physical security systems, personnel security protocols, and risk management.
- Proven experience in supporting regional enterprises, with a strong background in managing group security projects across the APAC region.
- Strong network among government agencies for security functions.
- Experience in the public utility sector is highly desirable.
- Willing to travel across APAC region.
- Good Command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.

- 在政府機構中擁有良好的安全職能網絡。
- 具公營機構相關的經驗會作優先考慮。
