An industry leader is looking for a Senior Process Consultant/ Assistant Manager to join their elite team for AI adoption and process automation.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive workshops and interviews to document “As-Is” processes. Use data-driven insights to design “To-Be” states that prioritize scalability and efficiency.
- Evaluate exisitng workflows and Identify the opportunity for AI automation.
- Collaborate with IT and Business teams to develop functional specifications for automation scripts, bots, and AI models.
- Quantify the ROI of proposed automation projects by calculating potential time savings, error reduction, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Act as the primary liaison during the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phase, ensuring the automated solution meets the original business requirements and quality standards.
- Create documentation, process maps, and training materials to help transition teams from manual tasks to tech-enabled workflows.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Business Process Management (BPM), Systems Analysis, or a related role with a heavy emphasis on process automation.
- Strong understanding of the AI lifecycle and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, or Zapier). Familiarity with how APIs and LLMs can be leveraged in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in process mapping software such as Visio is preferred.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts (like prompt engineering or model latency) to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and wit.
- Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
