A well-known Statutory body with top-tier network infrastructure, is looking for a Team Leader to join their Network team for daily operation.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor network engineers to oversee day-to-day operations of large-scale network infrastructure.
- Perform incident and change managent of Network.
- Monitor network performance and reliability to ensure optimal operation.
- Implement and oversee security protocols to protect the network from vulnerabilities.
- Serve as L3 escalation point to support complex and critical network issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, procedures, and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree of Information Technology or any related disciplines.
- With over 8 years solid experience in network infrastructure, hands on experience in major brand of Networking Switches, Routers, firewall and Wi-Fi, etc.
- Experience in team supervistion is preferred.
- Certificate holder of CCIE/ HCIE/ CCNP is a plus.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
- Good problem solving skill, good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
