A banking client is looking for a Technical Lead for AI & Blockchain technologies.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and blockchain solutions for banking applications.
- Architect and implement GenAI, LLM, RAG, and AI agent-based systems to address business needs.
- Design and manage secure consortium blockchain and distributed ledger platforms.
- Drive end-to-end delivery from research and prototyping through MVP and production rollout.
- Integrate AI and blockchain solutions with core banking systems and enterprise platforms.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data security standards, and AML requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, governance, and best practices for engineering teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, FinTech, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of system architecture experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI solutions at enterprise scale.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, Python, and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid experience with consortium blockchain technologies such as Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, or Quorum.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/AliCloud), Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms with banking systems and designing secure, scalable solutions.
- Good understanding of banking regulations, data security, AML requirements, and technology risk management.
