Seeking a highly skilled IT infrastructure talent with strong data center background, to oversee the IT infrastructure at AI Data Center.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design data center network architectures (L2/L3) that are scalable, resilient, and secure.
- Plan and implement network upgrades, migrations, and capacity expansions.
- Develop and maintain network standards, reference designs, and configuration baselines.
- Operate and support core data center network services (routing, switching, VLANs, VRFs, BGP/OSPF as applicable).
- Lead advanced troubleshooting for incidents and degradations.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure high availability through redundancy (e.g., dual-homing, redundant control planes, spanning/loop prevention strategies).
- Participate in maintenance windows, change management, and post-change validation.
- Support data center server such as Linux, VMWare, etc.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise or data center networking
- Strong proficiency in Data center switching and routing, BGP and/or OSPF, VxLAN., etc.
- Experience with at least one of the following:
- Cisco (NX-OS/IOS-XE), Arista (EOS), Juniper (Junos), or similar enterprise DC platforms
- Strong change management skills (planning, validation, rollback readiness).
- With experience in Linux and VMWare server support.
- Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
