Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage data center hardware and software setup and installation
- Provide technical support to Data Center and responsible for data center system & network configuration
- Perform equipment installation, cables installation, equipment commission & decommission and housekeeping
- Handle RMA management, test & commissioning
- Handle structural cabling management , Server rack provisioning
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in supporting, troubleshooting and implementing of Data Centre IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience in Linux, VM ware, switching & routing, monitoring tools, etc
- Good communication skills in spoken and written Chinese and English.
