Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive pricing and commercial support for complex data centre projects, including margin analysis, vendor negotiations, and contract evaluations, all while adhering to tight deadlines.
 - Utilize expertise in both regional and global data centre pricing across markets such as Hong Kong, APAC, EMEA, and the US.
 - Manage global vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing, ensure high-quality after-sales service, and effectively resolve business disputes.
 - Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at process optimization, IT capability enhancement, and staff skill development.
 - Conduct operational analyses and provide training for regional teams to boost overall operational efficiency.
 - Undertake ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.
 - Navigate business disputes and perform system reconciliations under pressure.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
 - At least 6 years of related experience.
 - Proven experience in the global telecom or data centre sectors, or in customer project management, is preferred.
 - Strong collaborative skills, self-motivated, and able to thrive in high-pressure environments.
 - Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
 - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
