1.Data Center Operator/ NOC Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- To carry out operational tasks according to schedule and established procedures
- To monitor the healthiness on the facilities, computer systems, and scheduled batch job execution
Job Requirements
- F.5 DSE or Diploma
- Have relevant experience in computer operation support or data center operation.
- Fresh graduation will also be considered.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
2. Helpdesk Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Handle user inquiry, provide technical support and troubleshooting on hardware & software
- Perform system maintenance and administration
- Assist in IT project implementation
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Information Technology
- 1 year or above experience in helpdesk support
- Fresh graduation will also be considered
- Customer Services experience is also considered
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
