IT Helpdesk Support 
Job Responsibilities
- Provide 1st to 2nd tier support to end users
 - Resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, VC operation, mobile devices, systems, and network etc.
 - Perform server monitoring & network equipment installation and configuration
 
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above
 - Familiar with PC, Microsoft Windows, O365, Mobile Device and other desktop application
 - Good understanding in networking, TCP/IP, WAN & LAN is an advantage
 - Good interpersonal and communication skills
 
NOC Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- To carry out operational tasks according to schedule and established procedures
 - To maintain a critical operation according to company policies, procedures and work instructions
 - To monitor the healthiness on the facilities, computer systems, and scheduled batch job execution
 
Job Requirements
- F.5, DSE or Diploma
 - Have relevant experience in computer operation support and data center operation is not a must
 - Good interpersonal and communication skill
 - Shift is required
