Job Description
Location : Fanling/ Fo Tan/ Tsuen Wan/ Chai Wan
- Perm role
- Medical (Dependent plan)
- AL 20days
- Office hours Mon-Fri 9-6
工作內容：
- 負責維修及檢查數據中心之風、火、水、電及一般保養工作，包括發電機、 中央冷氣、低壓制櫃及不間斷電源裝置等等
- 協助監察裝修及項目工程進度
資歷：
- 持有工業學院電機或屋宇設備工程証書優先
- 持有機電署註冊電業工程人員牌照(A0)優先
- 對數據中心有認識者優先
- 一年或以上大廈/數據中心/電機設備安裝 / 保養經驗，有發電機、中央冷氣或低壓制櫃保養經驗為佳
Responsibilities
- Provide critical E&M facilities maintenance and support in Data Center
- Manage contractors, engineers and technical staff for facilities management services
- Ensure the high availability of building/Electricity system
- Handle Periodic Tests for facility equipment
- Prepare facility report, incident report and method statement
- Handle emergency calls for critical E&M facilities
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Solid experience in sizable facility maintenance
- Data Centre industry relevant experience will be an advantage
- Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A0 or above) will be an advantage
