Job Responsibilities
- Provide deskside, hardware and software support, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile phones and related devices
 - Perform server & network installation, configuration and maintenance
 - Perform troubleshooting & logging on technical requests and incidents
 - Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions
 
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above
 - 1 – 2 years or above experience in helpdesk support
 - Working experience of PC, Windows, O365, Mobile Device and other desktop application
 - Good understanding in networking, TCP/IP, WAN & LAN is an advantage
 - Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered
 - With lead team experience, salary can upto 33K
 - Good interpersonal and communication skill
