Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of HR and Office Administration functions.
- Handle all round HR activities included recruitment, monthly payroll, C&B and employee relations.
- Assist in general office administration operations.
- Assist to develop and implement HR & Administration policies and procedures.
- Assist team members to organize company event and staff activities.
- Lead subordinate in a team.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
- 5 years solid experience in all rounded Human Resources & Office Administration.
- Well versed in HK employment Ordinances and related legislation.
- Self-motivated, proactive and well organized.
- Able to work under pressure with strong problem solving skills.
- Proficient in computer operation including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
