Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform full spectrum of HR and Office Administration functions.
  • Handle all round HR activities included recruitment, monthly payroll, C&B and employee relations.
  • Assist in general office administration operations.
  • Assist to develop and implement HR & Administration policies and procedures.
  • Assist team members to organize company event and staff activities.
  • Lead subordinate in a team.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.  

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
  • 5 years solid experience in all rounded Human Resources & Office Administration.
  • Well versed in HK employment Ordinances and related legislation.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and well organized.
  • Able to work under pressure with strong problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in computer operation including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
