Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, developing a deep understanding of their business requirements, challenges, and goals.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Understand customer expectations and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions that align with their needs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess their satisfaction, address concerns, highlight new features, and offer additional support.
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage patterns and proactively identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback and insights to relevant stakeholders to drive product and service enhancements.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new customers, coordinating closely with the implementation team to deliver a seamless transition experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer success or account management role. Candidate with sales administation and B2B customer service background will also be considered 
  • Strong understanding of technology or software industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Aptitude for building strong customer relationships and fostering a customer-centric culture.
