Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Support sizable Emergency E&M facilites
- Support Air Condition, HVAC, MVAC, CRAC, Ventilation
- Implement and manage energy / cost-saving initiatives
- Manage vendors to carry out maintenance for all facilities
- Participate in Disaster Recovery plan
- Manage the Building Management System (BMS)
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in E&M or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience in facility operation
- Solid knowledge in facilities including Air Condition, Ventilation, CRAC, HVAC, MVAC, Chiller Plant
- Experience in support Automation HVAC MVAC system
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
