Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st tier and 2nd tier IT support to end users
  • Perform troubleshooting & logging on technical issues of hardware & software
  • Perform installation, configuration, upgrade and maintenance of desktop and laptop devices
  • Manage and maintain user accounts and permission
  • Assist in IT project implementation  

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology  
  • 1 year or above experience in helpdesk support
  • Experience of Windows server administration is preferable
  • Good understanding in networking, TCP/IP, WAN & LAN is an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
