Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide 1st tier and 2nd tier IT support to end users
- Perform troubleshooting & logging on technical issues of hardware & software
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrade and maintenance of desktop and laptop devices
- Manage and maintain user accounts and permission
- Assist in IT project implementation
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Information Technology
- 1 year or above experience in helpdesk support
- Experience of Windows server administration is preferable
- Good understanding in networking, TCP/IP, WAN & LAN is an advantage
- Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
