Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to enterprise clients via phones, emails and ticketing systems
- Perform proper escalation to the technical teams
- Liaise between clients and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Document customer interactions and resolutions into ticketing system
- Perform proper incident and problem management to meet company SLA
- Shift-duties may be required
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year’s experience in a customer service role
- Advantage to have experience from IT or Telco industry
- Experience in serving enterprise client to meet company SLA is preferred
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools to manage and track customer interactions.
- Certification in ITIL or other relevant customer service frameworks would be an advantage
- Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
