Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to enterprise clients via phones, emails and ticketing systems
  • Perform proper escalation to the technical teams
  • Liaise between clients and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues 
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions into ticketing system
  • Perform proper incident and problem management to meet company SLA
  • Shift-duties may be required  

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year’s experience in a customer service role
  • Advantage to have experience from IT or Telco industry
  • Experience in serving enterprise client to meet company SLA is preferred  
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools to manage and track customer interactions. 
  • Certification in ITIL or other relevant customer service frameworks would be an advantage 
  • Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
