Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Leading teams to deliver ICT solutions to customers included project implementation and maintenance support
- Manage vendors, customers, and internal parties for ICT projects
- Make recommendations related to the use and network & cloud security of ICT services and technologies
- Collaborate with Pre-sales to help on solution design, implementation and technical planning
- To ensure security, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure components
- Work with technology partners and vendors to fulfil customer SLAs, and improve processes related to operations and support, as well as the right technical support experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology or related disciplines
- More than 5 years of experience in project design, implementation and support in Data Center Virtualization, Storage, HCI, Cloud, and Network Management technology domains
- Extensive experience in large-scale project implementation
- Good problem-solving, good project planning and management skills
- In-depth & broad hands-on technical knowledge of networking & systems technology and familiar with product knowledge of Cisco, VMware, NetApp, CITRIX, Storage etc
- Certified Professional in Virtualization, Storage and Cloud Technologies is preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal English and Cantonese
