Job Duties
- Responsible for pre-sales support for government and commercial tenders including technical proposal, RFQ, cost calculation, solution presentation and Proof Of Concept(POC) preparation
- Understand, analyze customer requirements and provide total solutions
- Provide technical consultation to project delivery and presentation
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in Computer Studies or related discipline
Min 3 years experience in IT infrastructure support with interest in presales support - With Pre-sales support experience would be a definite advantage
- Familiar with IT infrastructure platform such as Window/ Linux/ VM / Cloud/ Storage/ Networking
- Good interpersonal communication, team player and presentation skill
- Good in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Candidate with more experience can be considered as Presales Manager
