Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support for to end-users on hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution of service requests in accordance with company standards.
- Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests, ensuring clear communication with users throughout the resolution process.
- Analyze recurring issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate and implement system upgrades, patches, and new technologies.
- Participate in IT projects, providing insights and support for successful implementation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in sizable company (over 250 users) or banking / financial services environment.
- Proficiency in all-round desktop support and troubleshooting, including but not limited to Windows PCs, O365, antivirus solutions, backup systems, video conferencing tools, and Microsoft OneDrive.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of end-users, including top management.
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
