Job Responsibilities
- Provide data center operation support (Day Shift or 7 x 24)
- System monitoring, identify & troubleshoot the problem
- Provide 1st & 2nd tier support and responsible for system & network configuration
- Provide system administration, documentation & log reports
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Engineering or relevant disciplines
- With 1 year work experience in IT
- With good knowledge on network equipment / Computer system
- Willing to learn and good sense of responsibility
- Experience candidate will be consider as Senior Operator
