Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a team to oversee the day-to-day 7 x 24 operations of the data center, ensuring reliability security, and performance.
- Lead and manage the service desk team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of incidents and requests.
- Review, design and implement service desk processes and workflows to enhance service delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for execution.
- Define, monitor, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze service performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
- Recruit, train, and mentor data center staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to drive team success
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations, with strong expertise in service desk management to ensure
- Optimal performance and client satisfaction.
- At least 5 years of experience in 7 x 24 IT operations management
- Proven experience in SLA management and performance metrics analysis.
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure, operations, and best practices.
- Ability to review and enhance the current operation workflow to fulfill business growing needs.
- Excellent client servicing and communication skills.
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or related fields would be an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
