Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage a team to oversee the day-to-day 7 x 24 operations of the data center, ensuring reliability security, and performance.
  • Lead and manage the service desk team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of incidents and requests.
  • Review, design and implement service desk processes and workflows to enhance service delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for execution. 
  • Define, monitor, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Analyze service performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor data center staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to drive team success 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations, with strong expertise in service desk management to ensure
  • Optimal performance and client satisfaction. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in 7 x 24 IT operations management
  • Proven experience in SLA management and performance metrics analysis.
  • Familiarity with data center infrastructure, operations, and best practices.
  • Ability to review and enhance the current operation workflow to fulfill business growing needs. 
  • Excellent client servicing and communication skills.
  • Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or related fields would be an advantage 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
