Job Description

Senior Manager – Marketing & Business Planning 

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to plan and implement marketing programs and related promotion campaigns
  • Develop marketing and communication strategy to meet Company’s new initiatives and maintain strong penetration in the market.
  • Support Sales team through the development of strategic marketing proposals
  • Cooperate with various stakeholders to organize, implement and execute marketing programs and events.
  • Stay abreast of marketing trends to generate insights to support marketing and forward-thinking decisions for the projects.
  • Responsible for sales performance and related business data analysis, prepare comprehensive analysis reports on a regular basis; 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administration/ Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics or related disciplines;
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in business data analysis, with background in cloud computing/networking, IT or similar technical fields is preferred;
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

Senior Marketing Executive (Marketing Communications)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall Marcom support business growth in telecom and ICT products in commercial segment
  • Design and implement advertising campaigns for promoting telecom and ICT products
  • Conduct campaign effectiveness analysis and ad-spend efficiency analysis
  • Conduct online marketing research, customer journey tracking and behaviour analysis to enhance marketing program effectiveness
  • Working with external vendors in implementing online and offline advertising campaigns
  • Organizing marketing events for promoting new products and acquiring business prospects
  • Monitor competitor promotion activities and industry trend

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing/ Business Management/ Information Technology or other related disciplines
  • Well-equipped digital marketer with at least 5 years of digital marketing/ Marcom experience
  • Experience in telecom or ICT industries is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner and result driven.
  • Good communication & analytical skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Candidate with less work experience may be considered for the position of Marketing Executive
