Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • To act as the business owner of the assigned territories and manage a sales team in achieving annual sales, profitability and KPI targets;
  • To team-work with internal counterparts to deliver the best Customer Experience;
  • To monitor and analyze the market transformation, formulate sales, solution and service strategies, develop key differentiators, and steer the team to secure long-term profitable sustainable business;
  • To ally with industry-relevant vendors and business partners to stimulate opportunities and expand the addressable market(s);
  • Potential to drive Telco/ICT business in international market 

Job Requirements

  • A university graduate from ICT, Business or related disciplines;
  • 10-year successful experience in sales and/or consultancy roles in ICT / Telecom industries;
  • At least 3 years of leading a sales team;
  • Passionate to learn and grow – in the assigned business territories, the sectors’ business, technological and regulatory needs, and the wide range and depths of technology solutions/services;
  • Able to engage with clients and partners at C-Levels;
  • Excellent in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua; 
  • Good team-work player is a MUST.
  • Familiar with ICT solution vendors is preferrable
