Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide 1st to 2nd tier IT support on system & application
- Resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, VC operation, systems, and network etc
- Perform server & network monitoring
- Perform troubleshooting & logging on technical requests and incidents
- Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions
Job Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma or above in IT related
- 1 year+ IT Support experience, fresh graduate welcome
- Familiar with PC, Microsoft Windows, O365, Mobile Device and other desktop application
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
