Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall product and innovation strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets, with a strong focus on emerging technology, networking, and product initiatives.
- Identify emerging market trends (e.g., AI, digital platforms, automation, next-gen networking, cybersecurity) and translate them into scalable, commercially viable product offerings.
- Own the full product lifecycle: concept development, business case, delivery, launch, performance monitoring, and optimization.
- Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, security, and commercial functions to deliver high-impact, secure tech-driven solutions.
- Drive product portfolio performance, including pricing, profitability, and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure that product offerings inherently incorporate modern security standards and data privacy compliance framework requirements.
- Build strong partnerships with external technology ecosystems
- Monitor competitor landscape, customer insights, and industry developments to ensure continuous product innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in network & security, cloud, or advanced technology solutions industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong track record in product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management for digital, networking, or technology products.
- Good understanding of emerging technology concepts (e.g., AI/ML, automation, cloud platforms, digital ecosystems) and their practical business applications.
- Solid baseline knowledge of modern network architecture and security frameworks
- Exposure to working with cross-functional technology, security, and data teams in delivering modern digital or product initiatives is highly preferred.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to translate bleeding-edge technology and security trends into tangible commercial outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
