Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage company network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Monitor network performance using various tools and techniques, providing insights and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine networking requirements and solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to network configuration, processes, and standards.
- Ensure network security by deploying appropriate technologies and best practices.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with experience in large-scale networks.
- Proficiency with major brand (Cisco/ H3C/ Huawei) of routers and switches; and firewalls (Checkpoint/ Fortigate/ Palo Alto)
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
- Familiarity with network security practices and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
