Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare go to market and implementation plan for new products and services
- Work closely with sales, presales and project team for system design, project implementation
- Liaise with different stakeholder and maintain good relationships with vendor, provide product knowledge to internal staff
- Continuously monitor post-launch product performance and customer feedback; leverage industry trends to drive ongoing product optimization and innovation.
- Conduct regular product reviews with management and recommend improvements to service quality, value-added features, and overall customer experience.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to identify and validate new product opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product management & network services
- Hands on experience in Data Services, included BGP/OSPF routing, MPLS/VPLS backbones, and cloud on-ramp technologies
- Good knowledge of multi-cloud networking technologies, including MetroNet, major cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud / Alibaba Cloud), and cloud networking concepts.
- Good problem solving, interpersonal, presentation and project management skills
- Good communication skills, able to work independent or in a team analytical
