Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide market Intelligence on customer’s Information and needs, competitor moves and technology trends and practices for business development
- Secure business opportunities from prospective customers
- Establish close and trustful relationships with all customers and vendors, able to build customer loyalty to our service
- Work with product team, sales team and vendor to dig out opportunities
- Facilitate case closing and accelerate customer adoption of the related solutions
Requirements:
- University Degree holder or equivalent in Information Engineering, or Computer Science, or Business
- A minimum of 6 years’ working experience ICT industry, of which at least 2 years in data networking or business development roles.
- Experience in customer facing and sales lifecycle
- Hands-on experience in formulation and implementation of business development plans
- Self-motivated and results oriented. Good business acumen & analytic skills. Good verbal and written communications skills. Good interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua).
