Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for M&E projects and operations
- Ensure effective management of M&E projects, including schedule planning, monitoring site progress and overseeing the execution of construction activities
- Work closely with Project Directors and leadership team to review key metrics related to site progress status, project milestones and cost control and resources allocation
- Drive continuous improvement in M&E processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and quality
- Ensure that all deliverables comply with standards, contractual obligations and statutory requirements, and are fully integrated with overall engineering plans
- Collaborate and liaise with external stakeholders, proactively addressing issues to ensure smooth project delivery
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in which 10 years in contractor experience
- NEC experience is preferred
- Strong leadership skills and decision making
- Membership or association to recognized industry bodies or institutes is preferable
