A stable FSI is looking for Senior System Engineer / System Engineer to join their sizable infrastructure team
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company’s IT server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Manage sizable system platforms, including Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Ensure system availability through setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of virtual machines (VM) and physical servers.
- Perform management of Disaster Recovery environments.
- Support IT projects such as upgrades and migrations.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sizable server support for Linux Server, Windows Server, and VM platforms.
- Strong experience in server management, encompassing software, hardware, applications, and networks.
- Certification is advantageous (e.g., LPI, MCSE, CCNA).
- More experienced candidates may be considered for the Senior System Engineer position.
