Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between internal stakeholders and external vendors to support the revamp, automation, development, and enhancement of comprehensive data center applications, ensuring they meet user needs and align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide business analysis for all data center-related applications.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with internal teams, translating these requirements to external vendors for development and enhancement.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Analyze existing applications and workflows to identify areas for improvement or automation.
- Perform project and vendor management to ensure successful implementation of applications and systems.
- Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to data center technologies and applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- At least 2 years of experience specifically in data center-related applications is a MUST.
- Strong exposure of data center applications, including but not limited to BMS, AFA, ELV, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Visitor Registration Systems, Visitor Management Systems, Billing Systems, and Meter Systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
