Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive pricing and commercial support for complex data centre projects, including margin analysis, vendor negotiations, and contract evaluations, all while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Utilize expertise in both regional and global data centre pricing across markets such as Hong Kong, APAC, EMEA, and the US.
  • Manage global vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing, ensure high-quality after-sales service, and effectively resolve business disputes.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at process optimization, IT capability enhancement, and staff skill development.
  • Conduct operational analyses and provide training for regional teams to boost overall operational efficiency.
  • Undertake ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.
  • Navigate business disputes and perform system reconciliations under pressure. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 6 years of related experience.
  • Proven experience in the global telecom or data centre sectors, or in customer project management, is preferred.
  • Strong collaborative skills, self-motivated, and able to thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
