Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights that inform business strategies and operational improvements.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on business performance metrics, trends, and forecasts for management review.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop appropriate analytical solutions.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements and assist in the implementation of best practices.
Assist in managing various business analysis projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide analytical support to drive decision-making.
Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed to support business initiatives and respond to specific requests from management.

Team & Operational Management

Lead the Business Operation & Data Operation Team to deliver OPEX management, revenue tracking, and KPI decomposition & monitoring
Manage end-to-end daily support for carrier customer access, registration, and certification
Drive departmental compliance, process risk control, and internal/external audit matters

Data Governance & System Development

Oversee business data governance, cleansing, and accumulation to improve data quality
Lead business data system requirement alignment, iteration, and dashboard development

Business Insight & Risk Control Analysis

Draft monthly business analysis reports, deliver insights and actionable optimization suggestions
Conduct market insight, ad-hoc business reports, and high-level meeting materials preparation
Manage carrier customer arrears and collection, monitor and mitigate operational risks

Cross-department Collaboration & Project Support

Collaborate with other teams/divisions to support key projects
Liaise with Finance, Compliance, IT, etc., to ensure smooth process and system operation

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields
5+ years of experience in telecom operation/data analysis/risk control, proven team management experience is mandatory
Proficient in Excel/PPT, familiar with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred), basic database operation is a plus
Solid knowledge of telecom OPEX budgeting, control, and settlement processes
Basic understanding of compliance and risk control, audit coordination experience is preferred
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of independent bilingual report writing
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate across departments.
