Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute network infrastructure projects, providing network design, implementation, and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee IT operational procedures and policies to enhance efficiency, specifically across incident management, change management and problem management
- Monitor & Evaluate performance reports and KPIs to drive network performance, capacity, and reliability improvements across data center environments.
- Evaluation different network solutions including emerging new technologies to support business growth & corporate strategic goals.
- Prepare detailed documentation including architecture and design specifications, standard operation process (SOP) and audit compliance materials…etc
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in network engineering/operations and with a proven track record of leadership in the Data Center industry.
- Strong background in data center networking concepts, architectures, and designing scalable, highly available network solutions with robust resiliency models.
- Knowledge in in AI-Driven/ Network automation project is absolutely advantage
- Demonstrated ability to prepare CAPEX requests, business cases, and technology investment proposals, paired with strong documentation and project management skills.
- Good command of English and Mandarin. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business Chinese is required.
