Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network/infrastructure performance and health using NOC tools and dashboards.
- Detect, triage, and escalate incidents in accordance with SLA and priority levels.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting for network outages, latency issues, packet loss, and service degradations.
- Perform log analysis and root cause investigation (RCA) for recurring issues.
- Support network change activities (scheduled maintenance, configuration updates) as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a NOC / Network Support environment (or equivalent).
- Familiarity with common networking protocols and services (BGP/OSPF basics, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, SNMP, syslog).
- 1st Tier troubleshooting skills in switches/ router/ firewalls.
- Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools (examples: Nagios, Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds).
