Looking for multiple openings for Destop Support/ End User Support
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st to 2nd tier support to end users
- Resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, VC operation, mobile devices, systems, and network etc.
- Perform troubleshooting & logging on technical requests and incidents
- Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions
Qualifications:
- Prefer to have 2 years or above experience in helpdesk support
- Familiar with PC, Microsoft Windows, O365, Mobile Device and other desktop application
- Good understanding in networking, TCP/IP, WAN & LAN is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
