Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manager project development for government project, plan and control all phases of IT project including feasibility study, system analysis and design, project implementation
- Liaise with different stakeholders to ensure the project run smoothly, engage with project governance on project performance and change management matters
- Mange the cost and quality of works, prepare related documentations
- Lead subordinates in a team
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related is preferred
- At least 8 years’ work experience in project management and familiar in whole SDLC development
- Well-organized, attention to detail
- Good communication skill & interpersonal skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
