Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams to oversee day-to-day operations of the data center. Ensure optimal performance of all facility systems (especially UPS, Genset & other electrical system etc.).
- Plan and resource allocation for preventive maintenance schedules.
- End-to-end vendor management including vendors selections, contracts and SLA negotiation and performance review, relationship management, etc.
- Plan and implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and manage the facility budget, including operational and maintenance costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in facility management for sizable commercial buildings.
- Solid experience in managing teams to support facility operation.
- Data center background is highly preferred.
- Excellent vendor and project management.
- Experience in handling team budgeting management and resource optimization.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Good Command in written and spoken Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
