Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team to provide deskside & system support
  • Assign the incident/service request ticket delivered to the IT Support team to perform technical support & maintenance service
  • Reviews daily with the team to highlight the tasks in margin of SLA and to report to Service Manager to suggest any improvement
  • Manage and plan for the team resources for service performance, improvement and operational effectiveness
  • Provide 2nd tier & VIP user support
  • Monitor and support the project of system & network

Qualifications:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline
  • At least 5 years+ helpdesk experience & 2 years or above in helpdesk supervisor
  • Solid experience in support on (Microsoft Windows AD, O365) complex networks, including network & firewall devices
  • Excellent communication skill & good team management skill
