Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small team to provide deskside & system support
- Assign the incident/service request ticket delivered to the IT Support team to perform technical support & maintenance service
- Reviews daily with the team to highlight the tasks in margin of SLA and to report to Service Manager to suggest any improvement
- Manage and plan for the team resources for service performance, improvement and operational effectiveness
- Provide 2nd tier & VIP user support
- Monitor and support the project of system & network
Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 5 years+ helpdesk experience & 2 years or above in helpdesk supervisor
- Solid experience in support on (Microsoft Windows AD, O365) complex networks, including network & firewall devices
- Excellent communication skill & good team management skill
