Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales team in technical pre-sales solutions in IT Infrastructure
- Gather and analysis customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements to derive solutions
- Assist in preparing quotation, solution presentations and demonstration
- Prepare tender proposal and related documents
Qualifications:
- Diploma holder in Computer Science, Engineering / IT related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pre-sales / Consultation/ Colocation industries
- Technical experience Data Center OR Enterprise Network OR Firewall solutions
- Knowledge on Privileged Access Management/ Identity and Access Management/ Application Security & Delivery products will be an advantage
- Experience in solution configuration, proof of concept, proposal development and competitive analysis
- Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Solution Architect
