Job Description
Job Responsibilities：
- Monitor and troubleshooting Electricity or HVAC facility in Data Center, ensure the high availability of E&M system
- Handle and response emergency calls for incident
- Manage contractors and technical staff for maintenance services
- Perform Periodic Tests for facility equipment, inspection, fault diagnosis or emergency drills
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance
- Prepare facility report, incident report and method statement
- Create and update maintenance plans for facilities
- Perform regular patrol
Job Requirements：
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Solid experience in sizable facility maintenance, such as Generator, UPS, HVAC, Chiller, F/S, FM200
- Data Centre industry relevant experience will be an advantage
- Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A0 or above) will be an advantage
- Less experience candidate will be consider as Facility Technician
For the role Facility Manager
Job Responsibilities：
- Lead teams to oversee day-to-day operations of the data center. Ensure optimal performance of all facility systems (HVAC, power, cooling, etc.).
- Plan and resource allocation for preventive maintenance schedules.
- End-to-end vendor management including vendors selections, contracts and SLA negotiation and performance review, relationship management, etc.
- Plan and implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and manage the facility budget, including operational and maintenance costs.
Job Requirements：
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in facility management for sizable commercial buildings.
- Solid experience in managing teams to support facility operation.
- Data center background is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Good Command in written and spoken Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
