Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture planning, technical governance, and solution design.
- Define and drive cloud-native, hybrid cloud, and AI technology roadmaps.
- Design scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise application architectures.
- Lead cloud migration, legacy modernization, and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Develop AI application architecture and identify business use cases for AI and AI Agents.
- Design and deliver AI-driven data solutions, including AI Ready data assets and governance frameworks.
- Lead AI Agent implementation for intelligent analytics, reporting, and decision support.
- Manage end-to-end AI project delivery from PoC through production deployment.
- Establish AI performance metrics, monitor ROI, and continuously optimize solutions.
- Lead and mentor the AI architecture team while promoting AI best practices across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, IT, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of enterprise architecture, technical leadership, or digital transformation experience in large organizations, with one of the following skills:
- Deep understanding of LLMs and AI Agents capability boundaries and application scenarios
- Hands-on experience leading or deeply participating in AI Agent development
- Strong expertise in cloud-native full-stack technologies using Java/ Go/ Python
- Ability to abstract complex business problems into AI-implementable solutions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, project leadership, and documentation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
