MNC is looking for AIOps Manager to lead daily operations with best practices in AI

AIOps Manager Responsibilities

Collaboration and Oversight
Collaborate with the ITOC leader to oversee and execute initiatives related to AI servers, AI systems, AI applications, and other technical platforms, ensuring alignment with AIOps objectives.
Monitoring System Optimization
Lead the design and optimization of monitoring systems tailored for AI operations within ITOC, leveraging AIOps methodologies to enhance visibility and performance.
Operational Strategy Development
Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies for AI infrastructure, including servers, systems, and applications, utilizing AI-driven insights to improve efficiency.
Performance Monitoring and Issue Resolution
Continuously monitor AI system performance, identify potential issues through advanced analytics, and implement proactive solutions to enhance overall system efficiency.
Emergency Response Planning
Formulate and maintain emergency response plans for AI infrastructure, ensuring rapid response to incidents involving AI servers, systems, and applications.
Reporting and Communication
Regularly report to the ITOC leader, preparing materials that update senior management on team performance, system health, and project milestones; facilitate effective communication.
Tool Evaluation and Implementation
Assess and select AIOps tools and platforms that meet organizational needs, ensuring effective implementation and utilization across teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in managing operation team, manage third party vendor
Knowledge in AI infrastructure and technology, AI systems, servers, and storage technologies
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain high efficiency and decision-making capability under pressure.
