Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshooting Electricity or HVAC facility in Data Center
- Handle and response emergency calls for incident
- Manage contractors and technical staff for maintenance services
- Perform Periodic Tests for facility equipment, inspection, fault diagnosis or emergency drills
- Prepare facility report, incident report and method statement
- Create and update maintenance plans for facilities
- Perform regular patrol
Qualifications:
- Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 2 years relevant experience
- Solid experience in sizable facility maintenance, such as Generator, UPS, HVAC, Chiller, F/S, FM200
- Data Centre industry relevant experience will be an advantage
- Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A0 or above) will be an advantage
- Less experience candidate will be consider as Facility Technician (7 x 24)
