Our banking client is expanding their team and seeking a highly skilled IT Compliance Manager to join their team
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, law-enforcement directives, and industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT compliance frameworks and policies.
- Arrange and coordinate security drills to test organizational readiness.
- Draft and submit official incident response documentation to regulatory and law-enforcement agencies
- Oversee incident management reporting, ensuring timely escalation and communication with relevant authorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective measures.
- Provide guidance on cloud security, AI security, and advanced defense strategies.
- Maintain awareness of evolving compliance regulations and emerging cyber threats.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven 5+ years experience in IT compliance, audit, or risk management.
- Familiarity with technology risk management and cyber security best practices on fintech, data privacy is preferred.
- Experience in incident management and regulatory reporting.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and liaise with external regulators.
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and risk awareness.
- Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
