Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage network infrastructure, including support and maintenance, alert triage and SLA-driven incident response.
- Drive advanced troubleshooting for IP/SDWAN/VM, L2/L3 network issues and restore service.
- Own major incidents and collaborate cross-functionally with NOC/Infra/Security/ teams to coordinate diagnosis, mitigation, and resolution.
- Execute and oversee planned changes (software/firmware upgrades, configuration updates, capacity-related changes) with validation and rollback readiness.
Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in IT industry or related
- 3+ years’ experience of LAN/WAN network implementation (mainly IP networks)
- Good understanding on routing protocols, such as BGP, ISIS and MPLS
- Hands-on experience of Cisco, Huawei, and Juniper device configuration
- CCNA/ CCNP holder is preferred
- Demonstrated communication and documentation skills
- Good command in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese) and English.
