Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales solution consulting for observability and AIOps platforms, including Splunk, SolarWinds, and similar products.
- Participate in solution design and customer engagements across technologies such as IT infrastructure monitoring, application observability, SIEM, cloud, data analytics, and AIOps.
- Analyze customer technical requirements, support opportunity development, and prepare Proof-of-Concepts (PoC) and demonstrations.
- Work closely with the sales team on customer interfacing, solution positioning, and technical presentations.
- Support tender bidding activities, including technical documentation and demo preparation.
- Assist post-sales implementation and support teams by providing solution guidance, best practices, and technical advisory when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in observability, monitoring, or IT operations environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Hands-on experience or exposure to observability platforms (e.g. Splunk, SolarWinds, ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus) is an advantage.
- Understanding of AI-driven observability / AIOps concepts (e.g. anomaly detection, event correlation, intelligent alerting) is an advantage.
- Programming or scripting knowledge (e.g. Python, PowerShell, Bash, SPL) for automation, data analysis, or integration is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA, Splunk, cloud platforms, Linux/Windows) are a plus
