A banking client is looking for a high calibre to support in-house network infrastructure.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily BUA operations for network infrastructure, including support and maintenance, alert triage and SLA-driven incident response.
- Drive advanced troubleshooting for L2/L3 network issues and restore service.
- Own major incidents and collaborate cross-functionally with NOC/Infra/Security/App teams to coordinate diagnosis, mitigation, and resolution.
- Execute and oversee planned changes (software/firmware upgrades, configuration updates, capacity-related changes) with validation and rollback readiness.
Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in IT industry or related displine.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in supporting sizable network infrastructure, with strong troubleshooting and operational leadership.
- Proficiency with routing protocols such as BGP and/or OSPF, and the ability to diagnose and troubleshooting.
- Working experience with overlay/fabric technologies such as VXLAN/EVPN would be an advantage.
- Strong change management discipline: risk assessment, execution verification, and safe rollback practices.
- Demonstrated communication and documentation skills
- Good command in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese) and English.
