Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Pre-Sales Strategy: Partner with the sales team to scope opportunities, deliver compelling technical presentations, and position our value effectively to clients.
- Architect Solutions: Translate complex customer requirements into high-level solution designs spanning infrastructure monitoring, APM, cloud, and data analytics.
- Prove the Value: Own the Proof-of-Concept (PoC) process. Build and deliver tailored demonstrations that prove our platforms can solve the client’s biggest pain points.
- Win Tenders: Lead the technical response for bid submissions, ensuring our documentation and demo frameworks are airtight.
- Bridge to Post-Sales: Provide technical advisory and structural guidance to implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to reality.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years working in observability, monitoring, or IT operations environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to command a room and simplify complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
- A strong sense of ownership, a self-motivated mindset, and a genuine curiosity for new tech.
- Hands-on exposure to platforms like Splunk, SolarWinds, ELK Stack, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- AIOps Knowledge: Familiarity with AI-driven concepts like intelligent alerting, anomaly detection, and event correlation.
- Automation Skills & Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or SPL) for integrations and data analysis.
- Splunk, CCNA, AWS/Azure/GCP, or Linux/Windows credentials is an advantage
